Before transitioning to Informatics, I spent four years managing restaurants, where I honed my leadership skills, gained business operations experience, and learned to design seamless, memorable experiences. From crafting inviting ambiances to optimizing workflows, I discovered that every detail contributes to shaping the overall journey. This insight laid the foundation for my belief that everything is design—every touchpoint, interaction, and system shapes how people experience the environment.
